Where all the statues?

It has been almost three months since the world start and looks like nobody has seen any statues. Did you forgot to add it JLo?

According to this wikipedia, these statues are not working.

I think they're talking about the unique statues that the devs said they would be adding to this world. For example, there was supposed to be a statue added of the player who "won" the previous world by standing on the altar. I think they said they were putting other kinds of statues/monuments in too, but I haven't heard of any sightings either.

This is my own personal take on it; someone destroyed all of the stones from most of world 8, notably the central area, so there is not enough materials to make any.
