Origin of Xanadu?

Just wondering who owned this place before it was raided? And what is the story?

Eh, whatever. I was just curious because I claimed the place and was using the leftover to make awesome curios. I heard in previous worlds Xanadu was owned by the devs so I was wondering if it was the same this time.

That was world 2 long time ago. World 3 was goons. After that, I do not know of any importance of Xanadu.

There was also a town called Xanadu in Wurm online. Are they related?

Loftar and Jorb were big fans of Wurm so that might be it.

I am not sure if they would call their town Xanadu though. The name seems more like a one time deal.
