ok, gonna take this chance to make some rules for next years nominations
specifically for this category, the client must be avaible for the public, and open sourced. and not a spyware tool

for the rest of the nominations
*You cannot nominate yourself
*only one nomination per category
*cannot nominate the same thing/person for different category
*The article being nominated must be fit for the category
