W10 Begining Hermit Team

This team is for those who like to play theyr own way, but would like to start in W10 with other people.
We are just Hermits that want to start with other people for a faster/safer innitial development.

What's this all about?

• An initial team of max. 5 members.
• You will spawn and play together with us as long as you want.
• We will agree a certain initial strategy and basic rules of behavior, but every1 will be free to play theyr own way.
• We will share the means of production, (IE: Oven, Smelter, ...) but every1 will be free to have his own claim and resources

Requeriments
You must be 18+ yo
Be able to type/speak in english

We have a similar idea from world 9. Most of the ppl are in already. Some from US, some Europe. 20+ years old is a must. We do not have any rules like shared means of production, but you can negotiate that with other villagers.

You force members to do a certain role, dont you?
Also I don't understand how will in-village trade system work. You just mention that you can trade ur stuff with other members but, can't you do the same with every1 in this game?
