Why did you delete the post with more detailed information on why you started recruiting again? It was there few hours ago. Is that a secret?

For a short while there was a post from CSPAN (i think) here explaining that a few members become inactive as well as territories are expanding... if I remember correctly. Thanks, anyways, I've got a picture =)
