New Player looking for Village

So, I've been playing for about a fortnight and am actually enjoying this crazy little game quite a bit. I've got the hang of the basics and am up to leather gear, farming various veggies, and have hit what I like to call the "Plant Fibre Bottleneck". I reckon at this stage I've enough of a grip to be a help rather than a hindrance, and would like to team up with a English speaking group if possible.
