All I can tell you is that they spoke Russian and they kept chasing me for about 3 hours straight before they gave up.

If I'm being chased down by a Russian with a sword in leather armor, what would you like me to think? that he wants to give me tracksuit and some vodka?

I'd rather not have run ins with people wanting to murder me, and I'm going to run, especially when I can't understand, it's nothing personal, even if they spoke any english i'd probably end up running.

Anyways, by the looks of it you're more likely to get killed for no reason by polish or koreans. Russians are either bored and left or grew into local variety of fatcats and fight only on forums.

If you're to be invited into a village, what's your trade? More specific than kinda vague "getting into farming", which can mean tree or crops quality farming, cattle breeding, producing and processing crops in bulk etc. Knowing about your desired specialization could be useful to possible villagemates.
