Casual Neighborhood

Idea
I'm looking to set up a small neighborhood of people who are interested in casual play and socialization.
Details
No theft or violence within the neighborhood.
Each person has their own house and items.
We share larger facilities such as Kiln, Smelter, Loom, and so on. All of which will be located in the middle of the neighborhood.
Mainly interested in cooperative projects and group adventures.
End Goal
Have a group of pals interested in chatting and adventuring together after a long day.
