WTB low Q Steel (Filled)

Looking to buy up to 21 bars of low quality steel (need to add a couple new gates.)

I am able to make the trade in Samarqand Market or possibly travel to other villages (depending on travel time and safety.)

Honestly, no idea as to what their value is and I am sure the higher Q the more expensive; however, I am willing to accept whatever cheap-o, low Q steel you may have.
Would prefer to pay in sub tokens if possible.
