Experienced newbie looking for a group

I recently started replaying the game as a hermit to relearn it since I haven't played in a while. Bummed out that I lost my characters in a world wipe so I only have a low level jack of all trade but willing to specialize to fit the group.
I am not looking to join a big faction, but a small circle (around 5-8 people) that might make/have a village.
I prefer voice chat as I have ran a village before and lack of communication was a huge issue since everyone wanted text chatting. Discord wont work since my country has banned it.
I recently started working so I can't promise constant activity. I will most likely be on between 11am - 4pm USA time but it's subject to change.

Edit:
Some expectation:
- Even if the group supports open borders among itself, I expect respect for privacy and not "borrowing" anything.
- Everyone in the group should know how to fight and have stats catering to it regardless of roll.
- General jackassery and douchery (against our own members) wont be tolerated.
