Dis just doesn't like to be publicly seen for who they really are and I publicly would say this probably my fault for talking shit. And I was a no scent village, with no fighters. And they attacked for one reason because I was best buddies with kenpa which is better faction and they nearly attacked for that reason because dis decided to troll and dropped 7 Carins around my village and I asked for another realm to knock them down so I could expand

Don't blame yourself for their shitty behaviour dude, it's just what they want. That's why they make excuses like telling you that you should have utilized all of the village features like permission cairns etc. but it's a total load of bull to say that would have protected your village from an insider. All it means is it would have taken more time to gain your trust enough to get those permissions, it still would have happened regardless.

Seriously, the only foolproof method available to prevent spies totally fucking up your village is to not openly recruit and that is unfortunate since this game is a lot more fun with social interaction involved. There will always be players willing to stoop that low for "fun" and I'm not really sure of a way to prevent that happening beyond the devs adding a more intricate permission/village system. Party permission toggle is a good step.

Dis is the only loser faction that actually keeps their top resources and industry away from a large portion of their villagers so maybe that's how they think the game should be played by everyone. Personally I don't see the appeal in working with players that won't ever fully trust someone as an ally let alone a village member.

Probably to show him how easily a single malicious alt with minimal stat can bring down a a village.

More like:

A) Small, closed community. When it comes to knowing people, it's too easy to get to "know" everyone. When it comes to spying/infiltration, there's not enough random noise (ie totally random people) to make up for the negative signals to make it worth the time,

B) Lack of tools to minimize damages, or lack of players willing to learn the tools being offered; not really sure which it is at this point, but I think it's still the former rather than latter. The field cairns go a good ways towards managing things, but it's not the ultimate solution.

There's someone out there willing to pick up an old vet of the game, I'm sure. It will just be harder because of the asshattery.

I had nothing to do with that, I agree that using insiders to raid is gay so is coles
