unfortunately I was travelling and had a lot of work. I don't spent a lot of time on haven, just enough to maintain. plus not had the best experience with people since new world has started and don't really want to manage people like ive done previously in EC.

I'm still checking in but probably won't be returning to play anytime soon ... and tbh, I never thought I'd ever say this but, after such a long break I've sort of fallen out of love a bit with Haven now, it's just the SSDD syndrome ...
It's been six years and nothing ever seems to change for the better, design and graphics excluded, realms and the special resources are just a joke, combat has always and still remains undesirable for the majority of players, animals take way too much time and effort to care for and also mean you can never realistically take a break and farming has been ruined with crops taking forever to gain quality and if you are unlucky like I was, even lose quality! On top of that optimization sucks ... I run at 60 fps but if I go near a large village with massive crop fields it drops to like 15/25 fps, the same if I'm with a large group of players, but if you are going to have livestock which you need for certain products then you need a large amount of crops to feed the blasted things!
Not that it's all bad, lol, the building, design and crafting are second to none and are what this game does best and I do miss that and ofc some of the players who I am close too,
, but the time sink needed for everything else and the loss if you are targeted by the brutality of the factions along with the monopoly of the politics, year in and year out, just makes the game as a whole seem stagnated and pointless to me atm. 
Anyway, I'm totally derailing a recruitment thread ...
... so moving on ... Join EC for some peace and quiet and a relaxed and almost stress free game! 
I may return for a new world ... never say never! Good luck in the meantime Em. <3
