Perhaps by brodgar he means that village is shaped like a donut.

he means like original 2nd edition brodgar (not the organize 3rd version noob haven 3rd and 4th edition). any1 can spawn in at own risk and build what they want where they want. open city to gather all crazy ppl in. it was fun but you will die... alot
