Village Startup

I am currently a lonely hermit looking for some more people to startup this village ( though currently that's a very generous title ).
The only requirements are that you

1.) Speak english, you dont have to be from the United States or england as long as you have workable english dont worry about it

2.) new characters are prefered

3.) be semi active, you dont have to be on 24/7 but atleast log in enough for me to recognize you

4.) don't be a complete jerk although partial jerks are always welcome
