Looking for neighbors

First off, I want to say that I'm not interested in handouts, just people to trade and converse with. I find I very quickly get bored with village life, especially if I'm just handed a house and plot.
Knowing how things went last time I played, I'll probably remain a semi-active hunter, rancher, and leather worker with some kind of garden. I don't specialize very well when it comes to H&H, so I'm more than happy to help out with mining and such if I find I am able.

I do have a full time job with currently uncooperative hours, so I'll only be active on weekends and nights (US Mountain Time, UTC -7), however I'd still love to put what time I can to starting or improving a young village, kingdom or not.
