Recruiting new villagers

Hello
We have spaces in our once lively village and are looking for Peaceful and hard working hearthlings to fill the gaps left by the previous leader.
We are located in the northern area of the map, the area we live in is fairly active and since the neighboring towns and hermits are friendly
we are not looking for anyone who wants to cause trouble.
The town needs redeveloping and we are currently building a residential zone where you will receive a plot of land to call your own.
A few Requirements:
At least basic understanding of the game
Willing to travel to us or starting fresh
Discord as its our main way of communication outside the game
Basic English
Able to put in at least a few hours a day
