Looking for a village

Hello im looking for a village with active players (not quiting after a month)
i can do preety much anything besides cooking and managing 2miles long field by myself
The player "level" i want is for the village to have village claim (no private claims across the entire village)
Im currently in hedgehugs but i can travel if needed
also i live in +1 time zone + i play 3-5 hours daily and discord would be a godsend
