Looking to reach out to the leader of Fire and Ice

I recently began playing again after a 7 month hiatus. Much to my displease, my former characters have had their base of operations raided with nothing left of value. With a new character slung into the wilderness, I found myself within the realm of Fire and Ice. I am a solo casual player that isn't into fighting (peace and love...man) and just wanted to know if am within a peaceful kingdom or should I pack up and head into the great unknown. I don't raid, I don't steal, and I am always willing to help a neighbor in need but due to the nature of Hafen, as soon as I see another Hearthling, I instantly warp to my hearth fire a few minimaps away. If someone knows Red (I think thats who I heard was in charge), please let them know that I would like to be a member of their kingdom.

I have also settled in this kingdom. I am peaceful and am just learning the game. Would love to meet the leadership and get to know some people. Sorry for the thread piggyback.

Most kingdoms will be happy to have players on their land as you earn them experience.
This kingdom is no different.
