you can only summon a nidbane if you have rage. Pretty sure you can summon a nidbane on any "summoning" scent.

ok ive learned Rage, same thing, but now some one can kill me and i waste 30k LP
what this mean ? rage must learned on character against crime is done or what ?

uhhhhhhh, i think what it means that if someone KO's a character that KO'ed dude needs rage to seek revenge.

yeah seems target against what sends nidbane must have rage, but this mechanic looks strange, if 3 peoples going to knock some one and only 1 of them have Rage, he initiate combat and other two with them can attack same target without rage ? i dont understand any other ways how character can leave scents which Required Rage to do without this skill as nidbane said when trying to craft...

Nidbanes can no longer be summoned using character specific scents -- assault, battery, and murder -- committed against characters lacking the "Rage" skill. Killing an entirely fresh alt spawn will, thus, no longer imply having Nidbanes sent after you. Crimes against property -- Vandalism and Theft -- are unaffected by this. At least in part adressing this.
