Where are the usual Realms?

With the world map getting filled, I can't help but wonder where the usual "major players" (as in realms) are gonna settle. I've heard rumours about HH settling in the southern continent, but nothing else so far. Do we know if and where the other large realms from W10 are gonna set up their lairs?

Exactly. I know it's too early for realms to be up already, but I'm sure the usual suspects are already settling areas that will become their realms.
