1.There must be enough space between personal claims. 10 tiles would be good enough.
2.It is up to the claim owner to whether let other people pass or not.
3. No one is to spam claims all over the surrounding area.

1. Give your hearth secret to everyone in the Union. Every comrade must know each other.
2.Don't insult a comrade; any person who does not heed this rule would be forced to commit seppuku.
