Murderer and thief

Hello! As of yesterday, a couple of crimes have been committed in the circled area (https://ibb.co/Zc51WTq). The red dot shows where an attack was made against a player, who luckily only got KOed, and some stuff was stolen. Somewhere around the purple dot, a murder happened.
I've talked with the witnesses and they both gave me very similar description of the perpetrator, which might be the same guy.
