The Inn (need hands)

I am going to build an Inn that can accommodate travelers.
Roleplay will be encouraged but not mandatory, as long as you have fun is what matters.
If you plan on coming to kill or grief me and my patrons I have to say I can't stop it, you get to choose what you want to do, either way if the damage isn't too serious I will attempt to rebuild.

It will be in a central map location, with some access to the sea so people can come by boat.

Food will be served along with beer and wine, there will be some free stuff for newbies and also good quality paid food.
I will try to setup some board games, also will have a courtyard for people to spar.

As of now I need help gathering the materials to construct the Inn

In the future I plan to:
Build a temple to pray and place donations under your name.
A healer's tent where you can heal your wounds.
Upgrading the courtyard into an arena with an option for standard gear sets.
A stable for horses with grain and horse equipment.
I am open to further suggestions

The plan of the Inn is to have a place where anyone can come and enjoy the game with strangers.
Where you don't have to worry about if you need to make more cheese or grind better Q metals etc.
Where your character comes to have a drink and talk shit

I will need a fulltime barkeeper eventually as I plan to run the temple.
