Not really. It's not against the rules in the slightest, it's just more or less impolite to post in-game pictures of others that they don't want posted. The only violation would be in if you started broadcasting accounting information or personal information, that's kind of not cool and will get you in trouble.

It'd be kind of ridiculous if a raider could demand a picture be taken down because it shows them attacking a newbie in a boat chase.
