Wow, how common can that term possibly be? I never expected to sere it on here aunless it has many common meanings elsewhere I didn't know about.

Where I live, it means "half a sip of left over beer in the bottom of the glass that you were supposed to down to empty in a drinking game of any sort" and even then, there are not many people here familiar with the word.

lol, didn´t know that meaning. but in most parts of the world it is referred as, well, smegma. it is some talkum secretion of the skin, especially found on the human body under the foreskin of non circumsized males and between the labiae of females. most commonly known in several parts of the plebiscite world as dick- or cuntcheese.

May you never watch Smegma Princess, it'll ruin that last sip of beer for you, it really will.

While there are many slang colloquialisms, it is an actual medical term:

"The presence of tight foreskin may make it difficult to keep this area clean and can lead to irritation by a foul-smelling substance (smegma) that can accumulate under the foreskin."

Enjoy your next beer.

Smegma:

I have a feeling that the last sip of beer was named after the actual definition you've provided and that I just didn't know what it meant exactly.

...and yeah, the last sip of my next beer might not be all that nice the next time 'round :(
