Food trading?

Postby Blaze » Wed Jun 17, 2009 7:24 pm

Food was always a problem here in Clayshire - honestly, 8 cow herds worth of meat all gone in a single day, I have no idea where it all went - and with the latest sabotage, most of out infrastructure is out of commission. I personally am not going to move our stuff back until better security measures are implemented. Until then, we're running low on food again, and I'm considering trading for it, since it all seems to go so quickly.

With our newest setting, it's only possible to enter by hearthing, so going hunting with a cart is completely out.

Anyone got any food to trade? I'll only deal in bulk though, but I'm sure we can work something out.
You see a masterful engraving by Blaze. On it is Blaze, bears, boars, and foxes. Blaze is striking down the bears. The boars are screaming. The foxes are in a fetal position. The image relates to the return of Blaze in the late winter of 2009.

We are? We don't even have food of our own.
The ones who see things differently.

You can praise them, disagree with them, quote them, disbelieve them, glorify or vilify them. About the only thing you can't do is ignore them.
And while some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius.

Would that be Laketown or Clayshire?

Laketown does not have a food shortage, we have a steel shortage... Perhaps Clayshire and Laketown should get together and resolve these things to mutual benefit.
