Wow, how common can that term possibly be? I never expected to sere it on here aunless it has many common meanings elsewhere I didn't know about.

Where I live, it means "half a sip of left over beer in the bottom of the glass that you were supposed to down to empty in a drinking game of any sort" and even then, there are not many people here familiar with the word.
