Wow didn't even try while building the Brodgar - there's not even a claim and a full palisade smh

Can't wait for Brodgar 2 though! Hype!

The claim was there, but apparently you can destroy active claims nowadays.

IMO newbie villages should be raided occasionally, because siege and death is the same part of the gameplay as anything else, personally I find it a good way to harden newbies and let them join game community without being retarded facebook carrot farmers, but raiding brodgar just on the stage of build is just cruel, was it at least fun? I don't understand that.

The claim was there, but apparently you can destroy active claims nowadays.

Claims now need one RL month to gain 100% power level where Rams are back to their 24 hour drying time. On 0% claim, you can use Ram on palisade immediately. (It should scale linearly, 50% power level claim requiring a 12h drying time.)

I think it was supposed to address being able to build a claim for the purposes of griefing or sieging in just three days but surprise, it's an another newbie (or in this case, returning player) trap!
The most actively maintained Haven and Hearth Wiki (Not guaranteed to be up-to-date with all w14 changes.)

Basic Claim Safety (And what you’re doing wrong) (I recommend you read it in it's entirety, but TL:;DR: Build a Palisade.)

Combat Guide (Overview, PVE, PVP) (Tells you how to try and escape, and make it less likely to die when caught.)

glad it was a learning experience for the brodgar leadership (ie don’t publicly Brod-cast your location until your pclaim is at 100%)

Regardless, fun was had by the aggressors on both sides! Excited for the next opportunity for exciting, high-risk social interaction, when maybe it’ll take more than just naked alts to raze brodgar to the ground!

I love that, stealing this quote.

In all realness though, the city still exists. It hasn't moved or disbanded.

I think he’s talking about the Idea of Brodgar, its spirit and other ethereal qualities of the City which still haunt the ruins, faintly whispering the sorrowful tale of Brodgarians past to any wandering sages who will listen

…because that shit’s GONE gone lmao
