From what others posted, apparently Swamp Fever can grow huge even if you get only 1 HP worth of Swamp Fever.

I actually think the wound system would be a solid addition to the game if like 15% of the wounds weren't complete idiotic cancer, and this one may be the worst yet, its up to 61. no idea what I did or how to treat, 10/10 game design.
