Time to start doing alchemy, then. Lady's Mantle + Slag heals Nasty Laceration but deals 49 Chills & Nausea (-5 PER, heals 1 per hour), you can probably start from there and find something better. Don't know anything with Wretched Gore yet.

You need to play 3-4 characters. While one is being treated, the others are playing.
