I don't get the siege chess, don't the towers decay and block the tiles? also it looks like 0 brimstone vs a lot of brimstone from your perspective, just get some brimstone and try to not lose? xd the guy built his catas in Africa I think you are not supposed to lose this but I'm also no expert.

Attacker seems to have not even attacked yet. And he did not even picked the general soft spot to attack.

1) Should not have build towers until there is something in (or coming into) range to shoot at.
2) Should not have build all towers in one go. (ie: leaving some spots open for delayed towers)

(tower debris will only last for ~24h, clearing the way for new towers)

With current siege system it is not possible to defend if you cannot kill your opponent in a battle. But devs have chosen their path.

1) Should not have build towers until there is something in (or coming into) range to shoot at.

Towers take 1 hour to dry, catapults have longer range than towers anyways, so if you do this the attacker will just shoot them before they have dried enough?

2) Should not have build all towers in one go. (ie: leaving some spots open for delayed towers)

Also, consider that defendant possibly has some other life so he may be able to defend only few hours every day anyway, while the attacker can ensure his life in a way that he is available 24/7 to respond.

Defendant having any brimestone available on demand should not be assumed either. Nobody does that. With some luck he may have few geysirs in his mines or know some locations of nearby geysirs, but they may be depleted. And even if they weren't its a long operation to go retrieve them, something defendant necessarily doesn't have time to do!
