Vatas, shouldn't the thread on the forum's been enough? If so, it sounds like an issue to take up with your management. We've also been told by Jorb plenty that Discord drama doesn't count, so I dunno why you're asking for Discord screenshots now. If that's considered evidence that could get him banned now I hope someone with the screenshots does make the gallery but at this point it just seems like you, meaning Jorbtar and the moderation team, aren't going to do anything to matter what. I don't envy your position if the policy on Discord screenshots just changed because there's no keeping track of it on my end.

There have been rather damning forum screenshots floating around, as well. Granted, some of them were lost when Jorb deleted some earlier versions of this thread.

Still, if the people supposedly having "genuine concern" had stuck with documenting and compiling this evidence into a single accessible location, and responding primarily by linking that location...

Instead, the whole mess was reduced into a partisan flame war.

My biggest personal mistake was to effectively treat Snail's DMs as a "red herring" (not saying it was intentional on his part) as nobody else sent me a Discord DM or a forum PM, and I assumed he would include the most damning evidence without it being in this format:

(bricks and rubble = the "4 screenshots" I initially yapped about)
(Saddam Husein = an entire Imgur gallery)
(Again, both are just Discord screenshots, but it likely would've led me to dig through 'TheServant' posts on the forum and issue ban or at least compile most egregious ones and link them to Jorb in a PM and recommend a ban.)

You are correct saying that it could've been handled a bit better, but I would also put a part of the blame on ppl fervently brigading and derailing all the threads concerning him, you can see it pretty clearly in this one when noneck started posting double and basically spamming after i posted the imgurs. I mistakenly believed everyone has already seen all the things that are in the imgurs, and so did probably everyone else, hence why it was so obvious to all of us why he should be gone, so instead of trying to link the evidence over and over we got into shit throwing competition with the ones defending them which lead to jorb removing the thread, probably along with a certain individual whispering into his ear that ppl are targeting misa and doxxing him in that thread (iirc that's what jorb said even though the thread had no doxxing at all, which leads me to believe it was someone feeding him those lies).

And yet the most damning evidence is in the thread from which i barely saved 4-5 posts (I'd like to say these were the worst ones but there was literally like 10 pages of stuff of similar caliber) before it got completely removed, or well, hidden from the forums. If Jorb needs more damning evidence he can go and look for it himself in that thread, I would do it if i could access it.

I personally urge you to speak with Jorb about it even if it's a bit too late for that, since an outright ban even though completely justified (objectively) would probably cause a lot of bad actors to target you. This topic will keep being brought up in the communities and it's honestly just not a good look for a game on steam release to have an individual who said these kinds of things parading proudly in the main community forum basically provoking people into bringing those things up. Because I personally try to remain civil and maintain some decorum, even when it comes to doing a lil trolling and shittalk (all in good fun i believe), but i refuse to hold myself to the same standards when speaking to that individual.

It was within a week of several threads being made and deleted containing all of the above proof any more. I admit it would've been better if I shoved it down your throat more, but I feel this is a reasonable level of proof. Who cares tho, the past is in the past.

I can understand a disinterested person not really being sure what's up. The majority of people talking shit about Misa are in the same public discord because the vast majority of the active community is in that discord.
