While I do agree with you about spruce woes (I am new and people on big boats ALWAYS try to jump me), Alfrety got caught taking a metal chest from someone's Snekk, then tried to take the dude's horse to escape when he was marked for combat to prevent hearthing. The geared dude could have let it go but he went all the way with it aside from full KO by like 5 hitpoints. It's kinda crazy how someone can nab your entire claim if you can't fork over half(?) the total LP cost to reclaim it in time. I'm still unfamiliar with things like this so it was a definite eye opener. Didn't know it could be done.
