Yes, and they will oftentimes ban you out of sheer spite for doing nothing at all. If possible avoid kingdom chatting altogether unless you have a charterstone to spawn chat alts and aren't actually getting banned for inappropriate behaviour.

What does this feature do?
Does it delete the kingdom chat? This might be interesting if you don't want to use "magic communication" and prefer a more authentic game - where you need to be nearby to communicate with someone.
Otherwise, you can simply keep the kingdom chat unopened.
