I could be misinterpreting this situation (and likely we have a case with one or more unreliable narrators) but the chain of events seemingly goes:

-"Wench Village" lets a random hobo live on the edge of their vclaim
-MightySheep raids "Wench Village" (or at least their L1) by exploiting the fact that vclaim has been poorly secured
-"Wench Village" blames the hobo for the raid and evicts them with extreme prejudice (so far I'm not seeing any evidence that said hobo facilitated the raid in any way, intentionally or otherwise)
-Hobo considers that they were treated unfairly and crashes out on Discord, Forums, and In-game

If anyone involved feels like this is an unfair assessment, please do one of the following:

First, Vinnie was a friend not a hobo living on the edge of the base. We fully admit that we didn't have our base as secure as it could have been. No hard feelings. We didn't blame Vinnie. Hell I had the same thing happen in world 16. However. Vinnie did fail to mention a few things.... first, he gave the claim away. Next he was part of the village. He had his own claim till he gave it away. We never killed him. We only banished him when he tried to fuck over a village mate. For proof of all of this please visit my screenshot in haven main. This is simply a little boy throwing a temper tantrum because he died then committed suicide then decided to give his claim away then decided to destroy the claim then decided to victim stance. I have more proof but him spamming our discord server over 31k times did seen to bury a lot. However, here is a link. You'll notice that he admitted to giving away the claim. You'll also notice that he was in the village chat before I booted him for fucking over a friend

A screenshot available on Discord says otherwise. Of course you could argue that it's been "faked" but applying the same kind of high standard to anything you've showed so far, would make this whole thing a complete "nothing burger."

It is not possible to "take over a claim" (at least by force.) Are you referring to "Revoke the Privilege!" where a Village Claim deletes a Personal Claim? Also the screenshots show someone, allegedly you, admitting that the claim was given to someone else.
