WHAT IS THE GRAND BAZAAR?
The Grand Bazaar is a public market ruled by a council of merchants and with a gold-based currency. In addition to the trade, we provide public tools and organize events in our Roman bathhouse, tavern and shooball stadium.
HOW CAN I TRADE IN THE MARKET?
You can either trade here as a customer by teleporting to our charter stone, or open a store in our market. We have space for 129 stores in total, each one having from 3 to 7 barter stands according to the needs of each merchant. To request a store, please fill the form in our discord server.
WHERE IS THE GRAND BAZAAR?
We are located in an island in the ocean between Norsca and Ministry of Magic, here. You can teleport to our charter stone Bazaar. You cannot reach the market by snekkja, since the palisade walls are kept closed at all times.
WHO ARE WE?
We are a group of players who helped manage the W15 Whatever Bay market. After the siege of WB this world, we decided to build an independent market with no ties to factions and with a big community focus.
HOW IS THE GRAND BAZAAR MANAGED?
The market hosts a Mercantile Council in which decisions of common interest (notably public expenses) are voted. All merchants who own a store in the city are allowed to vote in the sessions.
