Hi, Like the topic says some of my fields I never seem to have to re-plow while other have stayed fine. What's doing that?

Grass terrain or forest terrain spreads. You need to have your field completely surrounded in some type of pavement to prevent the spread of grass or forest. Even one tile of grass will eventually start taking over and converting your field to grass.
