In valhalla you can set the quality of your weapon to 10k.
Reeds are just (tool quality + reed quality hardcapped by survival)/2
The reed quality is HARDCAPPED by survival, but the formula hardcaps only the reed you're harvesting from, not the end result which is affected by the tool.
Example:
- with 1 survival, q1 (hardcapped) reeds, and q10k b12 = q5000.5 reeds
- with 11 survival, q10 (not hardcapped) reeds, and q10k b12 = q5005 reeds
You get the idea.
