Ye interesting for sure but idk if ppl should be prefering to make trades without involving discord for security sake, you get tradescammed on your village chat you can't track the person down, they are gone. You get trade-scammed on discord the person gets marked forever. Eh. Would still recommend just using green temptations discord for trade.

Honestly Discord is going to turn hostile eventually, good to plan for the future.

More likely, the channel will get used for false accusations and people end up going to forum to straighten things out .

there probably should be some sort of bare minimum vetting process prior to the village invite (good luck figuring it out tho lmao), and a charterstone area where the trades can take place could be nice, just for the sake of simplicity

I am working on getting a charter stone. Will add some basic barterstands at the village latter on. Can also use the village as mediation point for bigger trades if they think they need it, where I could be acting as a middle man.

But as of now Ring of Brodgar is working quite well as a trading hub. Everyone can instantly jump there from anywhere.

The main goal is just to create a chat for trade,
Scams can happen and the people involved will be black listed. There will be struggles as this is a game without moderators. Being suspicious of new people is quite obvious in this game. Only because people joined this villages dosent automatically white list everyone. Caution before everything else is a must, as always in Heaven and Hearth.

But work on the village is slow as I am a father of a 1 year old. I got very limited playtime
