Info on Pumpkin Head Grefiers

Does anybody know anything about these Pumpkin Head Greifers? It looks like they wiped out Uprising and looted their stores. Sorry if this is old news, I'm worried they might come back and find my claim. I have started building a palisade but I don't know if it's just a few low level greifers or a full blown gang of high octane nightmare fuel bastards who destroy everything in their sight.

ive heard these guys are pretty high ranking griefers who have terrorized the hearthlands since the game came out, some say they cant be stopped by anyone...

Meh let them play. Their chars are so bad last time I checked the only griefing they could do was on unclaimed land, because they didn't have enough lp for theft yet...
