My mine was walled in

Hello my mine has been walled in by someone I don't know. They broke down my palisade wall and destroyed my hearth fire that was within the walls. I can teleport back to my village, but I would rather not lose my mine since there is no other mines that aren't already claimed/walled in in my villages area

I tried to get my mine back from a russian dude, he hovered outside my home palisade outside of my sight, then he came and killed my ass in 2 hits.
