Thats like someone saying "Hey I want to buy q40 baked goods!" and you offering "Yeah, I don't have q40 goods, but will q4 work?"

That's very subjective.

A 40 point difference in quality is a huge deal. If I want q100 metal that doesn't in any way mean I want q60 metal even though some people think q60 metal is "still good".
