dear villagers of the above mentioned village. since you built your village very close (with that i mean too close) to Constantinople, we would ask you to remove it from its current position and redo it somewhere farther away. thank you for your understanding.

In this case under 15 tiles I believe.

How close is too close in general though I can't say.
