If he found a mine he should know what kind of metal it contains. If not, its not his mine very probably and thus not for him to sell.

You are right, changed it. On another note, i'm not silly enough to trade a mine in which the owners are already gone. To date, i have yet to hear any thing from them.

All i know about the location is i have left about 2 months of notification (Fourm and email contact) and there is no reponses. All near by villages are also dead. We will probably proceed with next phase and break in and see what metal and wait another month or so if the owner wasn't paying attention to the stacks of runestones infront of the mine and notices the actual hole and ram. If nothng still, we will then proceed to claim it and wait another couple weeks... if nothing then, i belive its considered fair game considering how much time we gave them to contact us.

There are other mines like these, but we havent started the notification process so they are not for sale, unless you want to just purchase information of potential abaddoned mines... but i doubt anyone wants to =)
