Are you blind did you even read what I said.

I am not complaining about people getting mad when they are getting robbed.

I am complaining about people getting mad that their stupidity was exploited.

They could have avoided being robbed by having their walls on claim.

It's as simple as that.

They fucked up and got jacked.

Now we have a shitty half-assed dev attempt to try to remedy player stupidity.

Yeah, you're right there, but I don't think that's the main issue here. I myself have been stolen from when an unclaimed segment of my wall got knocked out. I was well aware that's a possibility, and was gambling that I could get the village flags on it in time. I didn't, but as I knowingly gambled I have no right to complain about the theft being unfair. But I digress. The main issues are that it's completely impossible to do anything about theft after the fact, and that tracking is too easy which just encourages alt thieving. Making alt thieves more valuable is a decent stopgap measure for addressing the first issue, but I trust it will be reverted to old costs once inventory item tracking is implemented.

Well atleast their 'stupidity' has been remedied.

Live with it.

And remember, sometimes its not possible to put claims were they are needed. For example, in a shared fort, or claims in close proximity to each other. There are some places that cant be covered by claims due to the minimum distance required between claims. Or when their land is weirdly shaped.

Then why don't they use less room for their land? You can't put stuff in unclaimed (or claimed for that matter) territory and expect it to be safee

There's village claim for that, but nobody helped me expand it :(

Creating artificial solutions to player stupidity is the Blizzard way.

This is not a carebear game. It is harsh, brutal, unforgiving.

I do not want to play World of Haven & Hearth.

World of HaH!

In any case, Loftar did mention that this is just a placeholder. So we'll just have to enjoy/suffer it for now.
You see a masterful engraving by Blaze. On it is Blaze, bears, boars, and foxes. Blaze is striking down the bears. The boars are screaming. The foxes are in a fetal position. The image relates to the return of Blaze in the late winter of 2009.

While that is true, I am doing a valuable public service by creating a fuss about it to ensure that the temporary solution doesn't become permenant.

At least they'll be complacent and when the next fix rolls out and changes this, they'll be completely vulnerable

Rugs, defender of the evil bandits, is more likely.

I expect that all non-thieves will quite enjoy 'temporary' fix.
