I have been a part of Rothgard now for just a few days and while I know I cannot have a full grasp of all of the people or everything going on in the village I do have to say that this is the most welcoming and friendly community I have been in anywhere on the internet. I can understand how someone with more of an aggressive attitude to the game might find this sort of community boring and maybe want to add a little action to their experience but such thuggery of threatening new members or threatening strangers for their mine was clearly never going to sit well with Rothgard.

You also seem to be trying to make it look as though Rothgard is coming after you for no reason now that you have left but yesterday you came onto the chat trying to get someone from the village to kill you - I cant remember the reason I think you said you wanted to sort out your sliders or something. After being told quite a few times that no one was prepared to kill you and that you were better off taking up swimming you then proceeded to privately chat to me and give me a 'friendly warning' about Broghk and other members of the village. I will add that you were very polite and civil to me but i do consider it to be a very low act to try and turn new members away from the Village.

I did not try to turn you away: Like I said, this is a good village.
Concerning my bad history with him, where at one point, which is a fact, I was attacked for real, I thought it fair.
Like you said, a friendly warning, and like I said, if you wouldnt get into any arguments this place would be fine, right?
Also, the reason was that I wanted to have the alt gone, I just didnt like playing that one anymore I guess.
And another also,: Also, I was drunk at the time, I didnt really bully around all the time I was there or something, this goldmine happening was one time and like I said I was pretty drunk probably, or otherwise intoxicated.

Well, I just got notion of the fact KV tried to hire people to kill me, what does that say about Rothgard? That you guys are all fine and dandy?

Well, this was a long and tiring reading material. But since my name was mentioned somewhere in here, I feel like I should add my 2 cents to the pile.


Ka-zur, I dare say you and I became friends while playing in Rothgard and seing what you wrote here about our village, hurt me really bad. We were never mean to you or anybody else in the village. We always tried to help everyone and most of all, we were always very peaceful and civilised.
It seemed to me that I was your "shoulder-to-cry-on" whenever you got annoyed or angry with someone/something, whether it was Sleeze all chatty in the village chat and not doing any work, or Shekera whining about bark picking or something, to telling me that Broghk threatens to kill you. The fact is - there has never been an argument in Rothgard before you and Broghk started with your fights, and there hasn't been one since (after you left and Broghk stayed). Any person with a bit of sense of logic, can see from that where the problem was.

I could now spend half an hour retelling all of it, but it has already been written here over and over again, so I'm going to keep it short.

I don't think you can, in clear conscience, say that you've been mistreated by all of Rothgard. And the way you're acting now, with all this whining (yes, you are whining, no matter what you try to say) and trying to make Rothgardians come out as bad guys, will ultimately make you look bad, and not us. We did not do anything wrong. As in every village, there were rules of behaviour everyone was meant to follow if they wanted to stay. Everyone can be forgiven once for doing something on a whim (you were too), but when they repeat it, they will be kicked out of the village (at least). We did not mistreat you and you know it. Broghk might be short-tempered or whatnot, but he can be reasoned with and he was. And everyone who had any problem with any other villager, has talked it out in peace (even Broghk and I worked out his supposed "trashtalking of me in vent" which you keep pointing out, without even raising our voices).
Yes, you were made to leave, the reason for which is more than clear, I believe. You should be happy that you were allowed to leave the village without being killed (if for nothing else, then for bringing an outsider to act as justice in our village, for a joke or not, instead of talking to LS or Chieftain).
As for the part where "half" of Rothgard left with you, half is more like 1/5 and the only really active one came back to Rothgard in 3 days after realising you manipulated him into leaving with you and being disappointed in your village-leading, which you wanted to do so badly (you even admitted that you wanted to leave Rothgard so you could be LS or chieftain).
So, what does that make you, I wonder? Certanly not a victim. And you should be ashamed that, even after recruting inside an already existing strong village, to which you've been a part of for a long while, you have decency enough to come here and say we are the villains.

Dany, please, read more careful. I have stated repeatedly that Rothgard isnt a bad village (read above), so dont twist my words into that.
I also explained many times why I asked these people to join me, and I wont go into that any further: Again, read better.
You say everyone was always very peaceful and civilised. If we dont look at the two major incidents, I can agree to that: I was that just as well.

Without having a trial with one each staying and such a short time after this happening it's pretty impossible to say 'who' was the problem if not it being both. If only one was the problem he 'might' go on to find someone else to make problems with, or he could lay low and do it later, alternatively if they were both the problem and just had clashing views kicking either would result in the same situation.


All I can say is that from what Broghk told me of that particular situation, and from what those screenshots say, Broghk is a hardass. Now, if he has leadership in the village, whatever that's him, but if he's just another villager being a hardass? That seems rather silly, how many people shit like that from other villagers?

Also it seems he has a bit of a problem with reading what can and can't be a problem, since in those screenshots while what Kazur mentioned might have been a 'bad idea', it in no way put Rothgard into any problems if he used an alt account ingame to leave the runes (or left no scents), and an alt account on the forum to have things sent to, realistically it could have simply been done via an alt he uses often enough and mutliclienting. There are many ways to do such things and never have them come back to hurt the village you are in. Now, if you decide to act on it, as long as you don't mention ever leaving a runestone when you go to 'raid' said mine there is no problem. Several people use the names of larger villages to claim such things such things for protection or attacking.

It's pretty funny really it is, because the plan could have worked without a hitch, there's no real problem in it, you're just leaving a runestone, since it's some baseless name if you don't follow through with the killing there is no negative, no problems at all, who cares? The only time action would happen is if: 1)The mine owner answers AND 2)It happens to be gold (or whatever the hell you guys are after)
at which point Rothgard can start taking over it 'if they choose',if they don't, then whatever, they don't, you could try and open trade relations more locally, you could try and take it over, whatever you want, doesn't matter but at that point you have information, it's King V or Tach's or whoever's plan to act on it or not at that point, but nothing can be lost to the village or it's name by doing that if it's never mentioned and no scents are left pointing to it.

And second: Don't even try to hire assassins to kill JooJoo.

1)He never hired an assassin, you are a retard for saying this, Broghk was told it was a joke the whole time, and according to both Lake and Broghk he was never attacked, only he did any attacking
2)I highly doubt Lake would have gone if he was going 'as an assassin', he was informed of the plan the whole way.
