Some five days ago, I set about on the noble goal of figuring out what the hell Emmentaller is when aged in the mine (at least according to 9th and 10th pages of the Announcements topic as regards cheese). For the past three days or so, it has been quite firmly stuck on a wedge just below 3/4 of the way done. The cellar cheddar I've been working on has done fine, though.
As far as I know, nothing funky's gone on with the cheese rack or that particular area. The only thing that seems likely to have gone screwy are the semi-frequent server crashes of late.
