nearly seeds form every crop

Also i can offer a small farm with a big field of anything 1 Timber Hose 1 Log Cabine und 2 Chicken Coops for trade.
I want to settle of in the direction of the "edge" of the world for founding a new great city but I need some Tool for better working 1st.
So I hope someone could help me out and maybe dont want this high prices for this tools!
I around 3/4 supergrind north northwest from Noble and I can take a full boat with my to Noble for trade.
