Complete Newbie Looking for Township

Howdy Folks,

I just (in the last three hours) came across HaH, and I love it. Reminds me of good days in UO and Tale in the Desert. But one thing I am looking for is a town to belong to. Of course I'm still learning and I wouldn't be looking for handouts or someone to teach me everything, just want a nice place to call home. Are there any towns recruiting complete and utter noobs?
