And its one thing to have tobacco and other to have hot air balloons... If you go by that logic we should also have tanks, cars or railroad.. but that is not the point of this game. I think it 'can' be implemented but unless someone gives a really really good reason to do it... I just don't see it necessary or more important than other stuff suggested on this forum.
No, if we go by my logic tanks, cars, and railroads would be excluded because these technologies require really advanced concepts and technologies like the combustion engine and the steam to work. Hot air balloons only require a constant source of heat. Even a candle would be enough to create a hot air balloon.
They are separate things but it's absolutely ridiculous to say that tobacco seems normal in this setting.
